I discovered this article by Australian Geographic. As a keen artist and photographer of birds, I especially like Australian robins and wrens, and am amazed how many we have in this country. Just beautiful!
Australian Geographic has announced the winners of the Nature Photographer of the Year awards for 2019, and they are stunning!
Came across this really awesome mosaic artwork.
Thought I should make reference to these two artists because their works are incredible and so unique as well:
Here is the first artist: Lorraine Loots
“Incredible Miniature Paintings Of Galaxies, Animals And Books By Lorraine Loots”
and here’s the second artist: Megan Maconochie
“I create pencil shaving art for my 365-day project”
Because I recently changed the name of my blog from ArtistrybyAdiel to Adiel Grace, 90% of my artworks are still watermarked with artistrybyadiel. As I get time over the next few months I will gradually change all watermarks over to adielgrace. Just to prevent confusion over the two different names on my artworks, I thought I should let you know.
My Lord is amazing, but there are times when I wonder and ask with a smile: “Is this just showing off now, because once again You have seriously blown my mind with Your creations?!”
Here is the perfect example of God’s phenomenal and intricate designs. Enjoy.
In mid September and start of October 2014 I went to Toowoomba for part holiday, part art course. I attended the McGregor Spring School and learnt how to paint seascapes thanks to artist and teacher Don Milner – http://www.donmilnerart.com/ . I documented my work throughout the course. Here is my final painting:
I had never painted water and rocks before, so it was a very interesting yet challenging course.
I have to admit, I was surprised with how well it turned out considering I had no past experience in this subject of painting. But Don Milner was an excellent teacher and guide. If anyone wants to see the final image of the finished painting, just click on the page titled ‘Paintings’ and you can see it better. This painting is not for sale because it was a gift for a family member.
Just letting you know that I changed the name of my blog because I found out there quite a few other artistry by adiel’s around, all with different spelling etc but I felt mine was too similar. So I am now just using my given names instead.
I found these on youtube and watching them made me shake my head in wonder. It’s amazing what people can do.
Here’s the link to a video my sister showed me of sand painting and animation. This lady is incredible!
